Meet Our Artists

Carlisle Robinson has been drawing both illustrations and comics their entire life. They grew up in Indiana, then went to Gallaudet, then now at Vermont. Carlisle has recently gotten a MFA from the Center for Cartoon Studies where they studied comics and graphic novels. They are currently doing a webcomic called "The Satrians" along with other short comic stories exploring topics ranging from disability to LGBTQIA. Stephanie Steinlein-Balding is a German transplant who found love in, and recently moved to, Hawaii. She have worked on design projects for several clients including European Deaf Youth, Aloha State Association of the Deaf, Deutsche Gehörlosen Jugend, GMU - Kinderbücher in Gebärdensprache, Signs of Self and many others. She received a degree in Graphic Design and completed vocational training as a Graphic Designer.

Jena Floyd has been drawing since age two and she considers herself a self-taught artist/illustrator. She was originally from Kentucky and now lives in Tucson, AZ. She has both BA and MA degrees from Gallaudet University. Previously, She worked with Zoey Goes (children's eBook series). Besides working as a high school counselor, she makes her art accessible to everyone through her Etsy shop under the name of jenafloyd.
